In order to serve valuable customers closely, Hocheng Philippines Corporation (HPC) was formed in 1995 between Hocheng Corporation of Taiwan and Filipino-owned giant developer, Filinvest Corporation thus forming the 45 million dollar facility and by far the largest manufacturing plant of bathroom fixtures in the Philippines. Located on a ten-hectare property at the First Cavite Industrial Estate (FCIE) in Dasmarinas, Cavite with a rated plant capacity of 840,000 pieces annually.
