INNOGLAZE ensures dirt and bacterial protection for HCG products by glazing the whole of a product's surface at micro-level-- resulting in the industry's smoothest and glossiest finish. With anti-bacterial compounds and a unique firing process that seals the surface of Innoglaze bathroom fixtures, contaminants are prevented from accumulating. With this unique technology, bathrooms are made aesthetically appealing and more hygienic.

Bacteria Test
In a laboratory test, two tiles were deposited with bacteria cultures. On the first tile, continued bacterial growth was observed. But as clearly seen through the microscope, the other tile with Innoglaze resisted further development of the bacteria.

Anti-Dirt
Innoglaze's innovative finish prevents dirt from accumulating on the product's surface. With Innoglaze, bathroom hygiene is easily maintained.

Flushing Test During flushing tests, dirt is instantly removed from the surface with Innoglaze. Normally, ordinary glazed surfaces remain heavily stained.

Anti-Bacteria
Innoglaze contains Ag - an anti-bacterial and anti-microbial benign technology used in hospitals, laboratories and schools. This technology inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria.

Surface Smoothness Test
Under a microscope test, the Innoglaze surface is exceptionally smoother and glossier compared to ordinary glaze which looks dull and rough.

*The tests prove Innoglaze, HCG's patented technology, sets the standards in bathroom fixture hygiene.

Pre-installed Tank Fittings

Precise fit
True to HCG's commitment to quality performance, HCG water closets are provided with pre-installed, precise tank fittings that ensure exact water consumption every flush.

Torque wrench
Every valve fitting and coupling are accurately installed and tightened at 70 inch-pound using a torque wrench. This prevents any leakage and breakage usually seen in water closets whose tank fittings aren't pre-installed.
